MTR - Server Connection Issues​

1. Download the WinMTR program.
2. Extract the downloaded archive and run the program.
3. In the host field, enter the IP address of the server you are having issues with and click Start.

4. After a few minutes, stop the test and attach a screenshot from the program to your support ticket.

5. Find your public IP (you can use, for example, whatismyipaddress) and include it in your ticket.
